Pv22 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the pv22 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the website, app, or any services provided by pv22, you confirm that you have read and agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.
Use of the pv22 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Are a resident or eligible user under applicable local laws;
- Are not listed on any recognised self-exclusion programme or gaming ban;
- Acting on their own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
Pv22 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify user eligibility. Accounts that are unable to verify these eligibility requirements may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on pv22. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the suspension of funds.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration or account verification constitutes a breach of these terms. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential;
- Ensuring no unauthorised party accesses your account;
- Notifying pv22 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
- Update your personal information whenever any changes occur.
Pv22 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the pv22 platform solely for legitimate personal and entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as appropriate legal action:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
- Attempting to modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or misconduct that is detrimental to other users or the platform;
- Using a pv22 account for money laundering or any other illicit financial activities;
- Distributing content that is unlawful, disruptive, or damaging to the platform's systems.
Pv22 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the accounts involved and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the pv22 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. The use of bank accounts, e-wallets, or payment cards belonging to another person is strictly prohibited.
Pv22 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to identity verification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to limits set by the platform from time to time.
Account Suspension & Closure
Pv22 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document;
- Failed identity verification or false information provided;
- Activity suspected of involving fraud or money laundering;
- Account closure requested by the user themselves;
- Account inactivity for a period as defined by the platform's policy.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, pv22 reserves the right to hold the relevant funds while an investigation is conducted. Any eligible balance will be returned at pv22's discretion once the investigation is complete.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
Pv22 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruptions, errors, or technical faults. To the extent permitted by applicable law, pv22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including betting losses resulting from technical disruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the pv22 platform are the exclusive property of pv22 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from pv22.
Third-Party Links
The pv22 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. pv22 has no control over the content or policies of such third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or issues arising from the use of third-party services.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Pv22 reserves the right to modify, add, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the pv22 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts for jurisdiction.
